I saw your tag on the trent dinner post (great post btw, so true) that it’s been confirmed that he’s lying. Did that happen in this episode? Are you talking about Astrid’s message?

yes, i’m basically considering astrid’s message to have confirmed that ikithon was fully lying about breaking caleb out. i already believed that to be the case (see the post in question but also ikithon’s general behaviour towards caleb)

but specifically in 131, astrid said that caleb is a liability now he’s free & ikithon is going bonkers trying to catch him, which doesn’t read to me like the actions of a guy who deliberately freed caleb. i forget the precise wording of astrid’s message (if anyone has it, hmu), but i’m definitely taking it as confirmation that ikithon was lying
