Ugh.

Can I please just have a nice dream, for once? Every night, it's some sort of weird stressful anxiety dream; every morning I wake up feeling scared or angry or sad. I am so tired of it and I have no idea what to do to stop it. I've tried so many things that are supposed to stop vivid and stressful dreams and none of it works. There's only one thing that has ever had any affect, and that's not being alone.
