the beginning of yours and haknyeon’s relationship was the sweet, lovey-dovey honeymoon phase that characterized the start of many romances. the two of you were getting to know each other and were still shy with romantic gestures. it seemed as though it would take a while to get comfortable with each other because of your busy schedules, but neither of you minded. you preferred to take it slow and not rush into things, but rather make every moment you had together count. besides, you knew haknyeon had a lot on his plate. though you never complained as you knew what you were getting yourself into when you began dating, and knew it’d prove to be difficult at times due to haknyeon being an idol in a rookie group. but having your loving boyfriend by your side made it all worth it. you cherished the moments the two of you had together, and you wouldn’t change it for the world.

the sweet coffee along with the pastry and haknyeon’s warm smile directed at you made you lightheaded. you felt an overwhelming feeling of giddiness and contentment. his smile and soft gaze gave you reassurance and made you anticipate what the future had in store for your relationship. your adventures with each other had only begun and you were reading to create countless unforgettable memories with him.

as you left the café, the rain had passed and a rainbow had appeared. you realized haknyeon is the comforting sun after a gloomy period and that when he was by your side, you would get through whatever life threw at you.
