When they were in middle school, Kayla joined the soccer team and had to stay after school everyday for practice. Kate didn't feel like going home by herself, so she would hang out at the arcade and play DDR until Kayla was done with practice.

Kate really wants for the Wei triplets to like her and she just really wants to be friends with them because since her parents died on K-Day, Kayla has been her only family and she feels connected to the triplets because they share the same birthday.

No one's ever asked Kate out before because they all know if they want to go out with Kate, it has to be approved by Kayla.

Kate isn't naturally shy and socially awkward. She's perfectly capable of socializing with others, but is too afraid to because she always over-thinks the situation, causing her to believe that no matter what she does, she's going to end up embarrassing herself and everyone will hate her.
She doesn't realize it, but socializing comes naturally to her when she gets excited or happy, because then, she doesn't give herself a chance to think.

Because Kate doesn't have the heart to publicly be mad at anyone, on the off occasion that she is angry, she listens to metal and punches the rage away.

Kayla and Kate listen to kpop and dance around their room to get pumped up for training/a drop/getting dinner idk man they like kpop.

Kate is horrible when it comes to taking a compliment because for the most part, she doesn't think it's true. Being told she's cute is the only compliment she knows how to accept because she's been told she's cute her entire life (even though it wasn't always meant as a good thing).
