Pompeii Movie Review

Kit Harington plays a small, furious gladiator. He also runs around wearing the kind of clothes movie producers usually put “female super heroes” in, which I am more than good with. He has the best whipping scene I’ve ever seen in my life. I rewound that shit three times. Mmmmmmhmm! He also wins the heart of the princess/ruler’s daughter. OK. That seems fake, but ok.

Do you think Rose and Kit have a great chemistry?

Hi!

Great chemistry? No. But I think it works just fine. She puts a lot more effort in it, and he not so much. Though I think that’s a given in terms of their acting in general, so. It would work a lot better if Harington would learn how not to look uncomfortable, and seriously contain his smirks/smiles when Leslie says something funny or raunchy as Ygritte. So basically it would work a lot better if Harington would learn to act his part better. I mean, you can’t be smiling about a funny line if your character was not supposed to laugh at it.

Based on that new video it looks like Kit's acting got worse. He seems to have adopted this weird raspy way of talking, unless I never noticed it before.

Well you have to give him credit for trying something new. lol

Yes, I think it’s astonishing that he seems to be doing worse instead of improving. I don’t get it, he’s been playing the same character for 4 years now!

To be fair, I thought the trailers have showed so far a vast majority of the actors have gotten worse (Headey, Dinklage, Guillen especially), so he’s not alone.
