While he is an unhealthy person raised in America, Theo had never actually been to a McDonald’s. The only reason he’s standing in one now is because he heard about the 24 hour breakfast thing and wanted to try it. Since he’s a new customer, though, he has no idea what he’s ordering. And since he didn’t wear his glasses (as per usual), he can’t see the distant menu for shit.
He fidgets uncomfortably, tapping his foot and squinting at the menu. He could supposedly check his phone, but he had worn pocket-less pajama pants so all he has on him is some crumpled up money in his hand. There’s plenty of time seeing as he’s at the end of the line, but time isn’t going to fix his goddamn eye sight.
“Shiiiiit...” he whispers to himself. He really doesn’t want to walk all the way back home without food, but he might be out of luck.
