Fabric: the bread of the cosplay world. You can laden it with your beads, lace, and trims like any great BLT, but your fabric is the foundation of your costume sandwich. And just like with bread, we all have our favorite kinds! Whether you like melonpan or minky, taftan or taffeta, pumpernickel or poplin, or maybe something more exotic like cauliflower pizza crust or "crêpe" de chine, cosplay introduces us all to a wide variety of fabric types. And after ten years, here's a video counting down my personal favorites I've gotten to use while making costumes!

Sunday of Katsucon was a day of Kamigami shenanigans and goodbyes! Also a delicious dinner *____* Beth and I had such an amazing time finally getting to cosplay Loki and Yui together~

Part Two of my craft room clean-out vlog is up now! In it, I tackle cleaning out my fabric stash, my notions hoard, and my disaster of a work table. It was a ton of work, but man, those end results are so satisfying to look at! *______*

Saturday of Katsucon was POKEMON DAY! Which ended up being a lot shorter than anticipated because I discovered how exhausting it is to wear full armor while traipsing around in quad boots. RIP my ankles.

Hey, everyone! Today's the day my second channel "officially" launches, so I made a silly lil' trailer for it just to have fun~. (Also, couldn't resist making it an homage to the Mad Men opening for extra second-hand embarrassment levels. ENJOY)

* To reiterate: my main channel isn't disappearing! That channel is still going to be updated weekly with cosplay-related content like work logs, con vlogs, discussions, and all the other good stuff you guys enjoy! This second channel is simply going to be my casual "playground" space where I can experiment with video styles, editing techniques, and content about stuff other than cosplay. I don't anticipate many people being interested in, like, what I ate for breakast or what I bought at Bath & Body Works, so that's why it's all going on a separate channel so you don't have to see it unless you wanna~!◝(●˙꒳˙●)◜
