If a hybrid and a full vampire had an offspring would the child be more strong? a different species entirely?Or are we looking at an immortal child through and through?

I imagine, though, that it would be closer to hybrids than vampires.
The embryo would need to develop to ever become a vampire, and Meyer has stated that the reason why vampire couples don't have children is not that the gametes don't work, but that female vampires can't gestate.
A hybrid can change, and as such a female could presumably gestate. If not, there would be no reason for hybrids to have two gametes, there would only be one hybrid sex. Renesmée and Nahuel prove that sex remains, which in turn points to hybrids being able to sexually reproduce.
Alright, so hybrid babies.
In order for a vampire's offspring to become a child, it has to be able to develop in utero. Hybrids need to grow, or they won't exist.
As hybrids and vampires both have functional gametes, one can reason that they would be able to reproduce sexually, and this child would grow. It needs a heartbeat, which in turn means it needs air supply.
It might not turn out exactly like a hybrid, but hybrids seem to me to be what happens when venom tries to compromise.
So... we might just get another hybrid. An infinity of f1s.
