Frisk had no idea where the fog came from. At first they’d thought it was the furry wolf creature’s doing; maybe Papyrus had gotten dry ice and asked them to throw it into the water for added effect--but no, it had traveled all the way to the CORE.

They lightly swung their stick through the air, watching the fog whirl around from the air current, trying to put out of their mind how it was so quiet they could only hear their own crunching footsteps.
