Well, I do exercise and work-out on a sorta-regular basis, and I walk my dogs every day (IDK if that counts but it’s like walking about 2 miles practically every day) I will admit for awhile I did stop, and I think that’s when my appetite started to get all weird and it’s just never been the same since.
Do you think it’s just taking awhile for my body to get back into a normal habit? I mean, that was months ago honestly. Really you’re right though, I’m fine, it’s just mom is all worried about my weight drop. parents right? haha))
