Genuinely the end of WoT feels like such a kick in the teeth. The women in the series whose arcs are independent from men get disappeared. The women whose arcs involve men are given side quests that feel peripheral or irrelevant to the plot. The most pivotal female character and the only one who has a continuous arc through the books to match the male trio…well. You Know.

I am very much still mourning the time I lost in highschool and everything I didn’t get to do because of Covid and if you are too, that is valid and not bad :) it’s ok to be upset about missing out on big things. It’s valid to feel things. It’s not babyish or weak and you don’t need to ‘get over it’! It’s ok to be sad!!
