Hey this might seem like a weird question but how do you make icons?
I use GIMP or Photoshop CS6. I find background (like for example flags), then I need to cut out Monika (it depends on what icons I make - sometimes I use sprites), then with Monika on transparent background I cut out what I want on icons - like her face and I paste it on the right background.Is it clear? I’m sorry for my English, because I have no idea how to explain it better and it seems messy for me… but if you have any questions, you can message me here!
