Ironically, they meet on the same message board where xB met Joe. Cleo and Joe have been frequenting it completely independently for months, totally missing each other in the sea of aliases and thousands of active posters. All it takes is for xB to realize that his two new friends know each other...it hasn't happened yet, but he's so close....
