Isabelle Fuhrman to Harper's Bazaar
Interviewer: I love the fashion tonight, who are you wearing?
Isabelle: I'm wearing a, um, custom from the 60s, Norman Orwell. Yeah, I feel very special in it.
I: Being an actress you've got a lot of other red carpet events, how do you go ahead chosing the dress that you're going to wear?
IF: I think a lot of it has to do with what you feel good in, I mean I've always been interested in fashion, my mom is very fashiony and so ever since I was little I've always kind of learnt from her, so how to pick things out...What you feel good in, honestly, is what I always end up wearing.
I: And the bag, who's the bag by?
IF: It's MCM, yeah.
I: It's like my bracelet!
IF: No, it's so, yeah, I thought it was modern but vintage at the same time.
I: Speaking of vintage, you're here (?) for the Duke of Melrose? Tell us what it's like working with the two boys?
IF: Yeah, I actually went into Decades for the first time a couple of months ago and tried on a bunch of clothes, I was just there with my mom having fun because I'd never been in there and I'd seen it on TV and then I was invited to come tonight and I was just so excited...I get to play, have fun and get to wear it somewhere?
I: What's the store like?
IF: The store is, um, kind of classic, I mean you walk in and it looks like a regular store when you walk in but there's something special about it. It kind of has this aura about it that you...I don't know, you kind of want to sit down in there and just look around at everything and comb through the racks and try everything you can on because everything's so different and comes from it's own era and everything has it's own story.
I: They going to have a lot of drama on the show on Bravo, are you a Bravo-holic?
IF: I used to watch (?) when I was on it and now I watch (?) still and I watch (?) so I do watch Bravo occasionally, yeah.
I: Where can our viewers check you out next? What are you working on?
IF: I have a movie called After Earth with Will and Jaden Smith coming out June 7th, and then I have a movie which is set to go in April which is really exciting for me and then I directed my sister's first music video which is going to come out this week.
I: So, what's your music like? You guys were on the red carpet tonight...
IF: Yes, Madeline's music is kind of like Phil Collins and Florence and the Machine had a love child.
I: If I want to check out the music video, where can I check it out?
IF: Nylon TV is releasing it so it's going to be on Nylon's website. Bye Starcam!
