so many of those 10 min stretching youtube videos are either secretly yoga (i hate yoga) or stretches that only make sense if you already have good mobility (i'm the most rigid bitch alive) but this one is actually good and i like it. anyway it's insane how stretching for 10 minutes at the end of a long day will actually make you feel incredibly better

#also i love her because i used to watch her videos a lot when i was just getting back into exercising #she has a playlist of beginner workouts and most of them are actually really manageable and fun even if you like me haven't exercised in ye #*years #her stretching videos are kinda hit and miss tho. but mostly because i hate yoga and my mobility sucks

Thank you so much! I have the prologue drafted and halfish of the first chapter, and I know how the rest will go. I've been kind of breaking from it recently (psychosis is a heavy topic lol) but I'm really excited to start posting once I get a few chapters in, maybe 2 or three "acts" or so. Or maybe just like two chapters.

Basically it's going to have different sections of a few chapters that address different traumas (probably a few times) and he slowly heals from them, all the while learning to let people in again. It might be a little kakairu or it might be platonic across the board, we'll see. I really want to explore his relationship with Gai, Yamato, Iruka, Kurenai, Asuma, Genma, Raido... everyone tbh. But especially that group we see a lot in his anbu arc. I actually haven't come up with what specifically is going to happen in each act/section, just the first 😅

Anyway I'd love to talk and compare headcanons and ideas! I love getting to know people that are freaks about the same characters/media that I am
