always thought it was kind of boring how the whismur line simply went from quiet to super loud immediately...so i wanted to try and give them all two different modes they could switch between "silent" and "full volume" ^.^

Sorry for ocposting on main but I've been replaying a bunch of Pokémon games lately and I started having a bunch of feelings about my trainer/performer oc.... Anyway putting this here and then leaving. If you think about it Legends of Arceus is really fucked up.
