sorry things have been quiet

my drawing motivation won't come back and i hit 3500 encounters yesterday

no super cool and awesome under odds shinies yet

HOWEVER i had a dream that i got SO MANY shinies in oras

including a tatsugiri, dream logic, i'm putting that in the lore i think

sooo i have to get a shiny today :3

So what exactly about a desert conveys that you're about to battle a dark type specialist?

Like the other 3 are pretty clear: dark lake full of purple flowers with a bunch of ghosts lighting lanterns, icy bridge in a blizzard, castle surrounded by lava with a dragon statue

But how does sand relate to dark types at all other than cacturne being a desert dwelling pokemon?

Welp, onto UM now ig

Most of the heavy lifting in Ruby was done by froslass and roserade, mostly because having 2 fully evolved pokemon available as early as I did was a little busted but they're more than possible to have evolved by level 5 on account of being stone evos so it wasn't too unreasonable

Then once mawile was able to mega she started blasting everything away with the stupid mega ability doubling attack
