Just your daily reminder that Split is a horrible portrayal of DID/OSDD and should not be praised for representing us at all, even if some of the information they had was right. It honestly does not matter if you say DID is caused by trauma and then turn around and make an alter kidnap people. Please read an actual academic paper instead of judging a whole group of people based on a deeply insensitive movie! Thanks!
