having anxiety sucks especially with topics of death bc another part of me would literally think “don’t think that it might happen” and it fuels my anxiety even more.

bein in a sys w bpd+dpd is weird. clingy all the time. mood drops happen @ weird times n sometimes 4 no reason @ all.

then sometimes u feel like god, like u cant be stopped no matter what, n u feel on top of the world.

then ur back 2 feelin like shit n worthless again, n u feel like u gotta cling 2 everybody.

its fckin exhaustin. but at least we know we can trust our partner sys. if we cant trust anybody else 4 a while, we know theyre safe. they keep us stable n let us know when were off-base/splitting, n we do the same.

weird bein in a healthy relationship after the sys has basically only had shitty ones.

Something I really hate abt living in a corporate capitalist world as an autistic person is that I can't talk abt when I have autistic burnout from working for a certain number of days to allistic ppl without them making me feeling like shit abt it.
