Mooredale: first sailing class

today at sailing was upgraded to partial instructor,  helped people with rigging their boats.

co-creating lunch with two other for sunday class aimed at 29 people.

due to wonderful non-profit nature, there is a cycle of members which make dinner,

I'll be making salad, fruits, some nuts, rice/wheat-lentil/moongdal/peas

perhaps I'll have some sprouts available, as a raw vegan option.
