There’s this freak in my head that won’t leave me alone.
quote of the day
"FUCK YOU I'M PEYTON MANNING!!"
I said school is a living hell because i hate learning so much i feel so stupid at class i dont understand a thing. Plus,i hate doing presentations. I cant talk in front of 32 people. And i really hate it too when a teacher calls my name to answer a question i cant do that because im stupid. -kira
Hello dear!
School can be such a terrible thing for many teenagers to face, I finished high school six months ago, I remember having those days where you would sit in your classes and you wait for the bell to ring, every minute that goes by feels like 10 and it seems like you're trapped in a whole forever. But it honestly doesn't last that long, things get so much better for you once you leave school, it all seems like a distant memory to me now. All the things you face at school get better, yes some things stay the same and you still have your good and bad days but it's so much easier. You just have to keep on fighting through it and staying strong, you can get through this dear and the best part is you don't have to do it alone.
For you not understanding things you can always talk to your teachers about getting extra tuition outside of class hours, you can ask to meet up with certain ones at break times or when you have a free period, you could ask if they are willing to stay a little later after school to give you some one on one help. Teachers are there for you to help you learn, it's their job to make sure that you understand and that you are working to the best of your abilities, as long as you are trying your best you are doing more than enough and I am so proud of you!
You can also discuss with your teachers about presentations and things, ask them if you are able to work something out with them to help you manage your anxiety better, they don't know that you have issues with it unless you let them know. Most teachers are very understanding and for the ones that aren't you are always able to discuss it with your principal or a head teacher.
You are not stupid dear, you are an amazing person who is adored and loved by so many people, just keep on going! It will all be over one day, there will be believe it or not even some days in your future when you actually miss school. (say what!) We are all here to support you through this, you can do it lovely!
Much love, Laura.
