i got a bunk bed !!!!

a close friend moved in recently and we finally set up a bunk bed for us! i got the bottom bunk which is fun because it feels like im in a lil cave/enclosure and that scratches my brain so pleasantly :p

my mom and i went shopping for my dress for my brother's wedding next month and i found one thats sooooooooo pretty omggg i love it smmmmmm

oh my god oh my god okay so. we have a very anti-endo friend - who we had not come out to, for obvious reasons, but could never work up the courage to come out to and potentially cut things off (we just weren't mentally stable enough to handle a friendship ending - a 5 year long one, no less - especially with such a likelihood of it ending badly.)

so we mustered up the courage and came out to them as endo and... it went well ??? they asked about me being endogenic but insisted they are first and foremost my friend (and apologized for a prior member being a bit too aggressively anti-endo before) and like... i'm stunned. genuinely. just. stunned. it went well. they seem to accept me being endogenic, offered their support as a system themselves, and insist i'm still their friend.

still anxious as its my nature but oh my fucking god. i never even dared to dream it could go well. i'm so happy

identity ramble incoming -

sexuality is a funny thing, i guess. i first started questioning my sexuality in middle school, over a decade ago now. and yet i'm still making discoveries.

i've always been very much a hopeless romantic, with my primary dream since childhood to fall in love, get married and have children. i love reading romance stories above all - my favorite genre, outside of film, tends to be romance. i've been huge into shipping and all that since i was young. i think it's because of that that, despite identifying as demiromantic for years, i've always hesitated to call myself aroace/aroace-spec. (aromantics and those on the aro spctrum can absolutely love romance, wanna fall in love, etc - but even when u know something, applying it to yourself is an entirely different ballgame)

but yeah. i am aroace, or aroace-spec. demiromantic and asexual. and it kinda feels nice to say that. :)
