*i dont like health very uncomfortable conversations :(*
It's still so crazy to us that realizing we're plural and engaging with our own wants and personalities as separate has helped us so much with being emotionally more mindful
With our ADHD it's ridiculously easy to get caught up in overwhelming emotions as a result of emotional dysregulation, and with our monthly hormonal problems we are guaranteed constant periods of time where we just feel foul and trapped inside our mind.
But our head friends are here and they're in this together with us. Suddenly everything gets a bit more bearable. A lot more bearable, sometimes.
i know adhd's rejection sensitive dysphoria makes us prone to being deeply affected to other people's opinions of us but is there an offshoot of that where we are deeply affected by other people's differing opinions than ours
"i think u don't like me so i should die" vs "i think u don't agree with me so you should die"
all i know is both are symptoms of emotional dysregulation and they make our social life so annoying to navigate
