Carol doesn't know that Zosia is wearing a wig. She obviously knows the hive picked that face out for her, but I don't think she truly grasps what that entailed -- the fact that they altered every aspect of this individual to appeal to her, and that if someone else had happened to look closer to Raban, Zosia would still be clad in those rags, cleaning up the streets of Tangiers.

She probably assumes that Zosia's appearance the first time she met her -- that comfortable sweater and jeans, the simple ponytail -- was how she had looked when she was joined, not that it was so deliberately engineered for Carol it took an entire hair-and-makeup team to present her like that.

And I don't think she'd take it particularly well if she found out just how deep the violation of her private memories with Helen runs.

(not that I think she's going to find out, at least not now. But if they did want her to, they'd have the perfect opportunity for it with Zosia in hospital, potentially with her wig off)
