Character Overview
Carnelian is a hard woman to pin down, and for good reason. Much of who - even what - she is remains clouded by mystery, the only ones holding such information being her superiors within the IPC. Despite her secrecy and evasiveness when it comes to anything of herself, she knows how to gain the trust of others and encourage them to open up to her. To some, she's seen as motherly and kind, gentle and understanding, to others? A nightmare given humanoid form. The only things some have come to learn about her are that she enjoys crafting small statuettes of creatures she's seen on different planets, and that she rather likes things of an almost cute - creepy aesthetic. She's been seen to be more understanding and patient with children, but holds those around her to extremely high standards, thought to be the same she was trained with. Though this is something kept within her well of secrets, she holds hardly any true allegiance toward the IPC itself.

Combat Overview
Carnelian is able to steal energy from enemies to give to herself. The amount is increased based on skill points used ( up to two ) for a maximum of 25% ( base ) to 45% ( max ) of her total required energy. This is a single target ability that also applies the shock to the target three times and leaves them with one stack of the bound effect - increasing damage done by Carnelian's basic attack by 30% ( base ) to 65% ( max ) for two rounds. Basic attack can hit up to three targets. Bound effect stacks up to three times before exploding and spreading to adjacent enemies. Her Ultimate implants Lightning weakness to all enemies for five rounds while dealing massive AoE damage scaled off of her ATK. If Weakness Break occurs, apply max stacks of bound and five stacks of shock to broken targets. For every broken enemy, add further 15% ( base ) to 35% ( max ) of Carnelian's base ATK to her next basic attack.

Work Overview
Carnelian works as a bridge between the Strategic Investment, Security and Intelligence Departments. As a well trained expert in espionage - both in the physical and digital sense - she is the usual go to for many who need specific targets located or information unearthed to assist with the IPC's goals, though her expertise does not come cheap. Her main allegiance does lie within the Strategic Investment Department as a member of the Stonehearts, but she's still viewed as the Head of the Intelligence Department after the previous head, her mentor and the one who found her as a child, went missing.
