Awkward family moment

So Steven Erikson is quite proficient at humor in this subtle way. And from my current selection in his series, Bonehunters, comes this quote:

I posted this as my status on facebook. Just as a funny observation, not really representative of my opinion. And my uncle commented with:

But it is the joy of a lifetime to find that one that you want to spend the rest of your life figuring out. :) And believe me it will take that long. :)

And I'm like...hmmmm. Not so much. Even though I don't think this is a necessarily true statement, I don't really want to spend the rest of my life with a woman in the way he is implying. Oh awkward family moments.
