Underrated Ryuki trios
similar to Pasio trios, but not really
+ Ilima & Kiawe - Ryuki tends to befriend trainers with a stage presence (e.g Lisia and Roxie). So while in Alola he’d naturally be drawn to Ilima and Kiawe. They all do performance art so they’re basically kindred spirits.
+ Klara & Piers - there's a crack theory about Ryuki being a fake guitarist, evident as a) he only airguitars, b) his flower name means lie (but also truth and danger). Yes, game!Ryuki has fans, but it doesn’t falsify the theory. No one has truly witnessed Ryuki playing an instrument. He could be famed for showmanship alone, who knows? So to recap, we’ve got: Piers’s voiceless mic, Ryuki playing on nothing, and Klara sulkquitting her pop career too early. Top quality musicians, these three. A lovely mess.
