Is there any canon support for the idea of demonic cultivation causing Wei Wuxian to get sort of... magical intrusive thoughts (for lack of a better term) when he’s desperate/angry/upset? Like, if the resentful energy could almost implant ideas in his mind when he’s vulnerable, like telling him to slaughter everyone who’s upsetting him. Not enough that he’d act on it unless he was in a really, really bad place (we’re talking pledge conference level bad), but enough that it’s there.
