today is day one of nanowrimo and as a result of preparing for an entire month i am already up by 8,000 words??? i mean it’s not a ton but i have characters! i have a plot! it’s rough and i had a fleeting thought to somehow incorporate the hex girls into the story (????) last night but anyway i’m excited!!

I really shouldn’t be drawing when my wrist’s all fucky like it is but I told my bud Scrac I was gonna draw my helmetless Magnet like literally at the start of this year and I finally got around to it
I’m still not 100% on him but for now here he is! Much like Burst, he is very much not how he’s described by his CD data. Unlike Burst though I actually have an excuse for it and it’s because I came up with his personality like a decade ago when I was even worse at writing. :V
I think my initial idea for him was he was a big flirt, always going on about his “magnetic personality”, but in actuality is a big dork and doesn’t know how to respond when someone actually returns his flirting? Then the rest of his personality came from that terrible pun. He’s very high strung but tries his hardest to put on a brave face. Also he once dated a girl who later turned into a giant robot snake and tried to eat him until Metal showed up and cut her eyes out
