Okay, look. I ain't much of a shipper anymore (since seeing what it does to a lot of fandoms + I'm an exhausted aroace who feels that platonic stuff often gets overshadowed by the romantic stuff).

That being said, I...can't help but think this.

Rain is a huge theme Bleach, there is...no doubt on that. If you haven't realized this yet, rewatch the whole show. Usually, the rain is symbolic of Ichigo's anguish. Not to mention the titles in the chapters that revolved what happened to his mother (memories in the rain and Everything But the Rain)

Now, I haven't read the kanji of every character in this show...but there is one -- one -- important character who has the kanji for rain (雨) in their name.

Like...this screams special bonds all around. Like, yeah, we all know of Ichigo and Rukia's friendship, but it could've also been the same with Ichigo and Uryū.
