the first anime scenes with Enma impressed me so much! it seemed like ordinary daily life (like, slice of life) he was so cute and funny!! that dude just had his own life and his own aspirations, and then it all started... the fog, the cats, the bats, the crows, it was all so creepy. because of those scenes, I realized again something I had forgotten. that this situation is an absolute NIGHTMARE. Enma was torn from his world, this wasn't an isekai to a world where he would be better off or where he was supposed to do something as the MAIN HERO FROM OTHER WORLD or anything like that. he was kidnapped. I was even like "NOOO , give me a regular 12-episode anime with Enma!!" I FELT SO SORRY FOR HIM. I was SO worried along with him, the poor guy was in such shock😭😭 I absolutely understood him when he fell to his knees and then just collapsed on the floor. omg, it's so emotional...
