What have you done
It's certainly not through my doing but I think my insomnia is lessing. I'm still not sleeping like I used to be able to but I'm getting more than 5 hours now. It's not 11:00 yet and I'm starting to get sleepy. That's a good thing.
Always been a night owl but this bout of insomnia has been annoying. It hasn't left me exhausted though. For a couple of years at a time immediately after work I would have to slumber, but not necessarily the entire night. That was also an annoying time.
I think a different combination of illnesses and stresses have receded, and perhaps I'm shifting back towards a better pattern. Slowly.
pausing a relationship with someone you truly love can be so gut wrenching, im proud of him for doing what he needs to do but also i just saw a tik tok of two people kissing and immediately got overwhelmed with emotion. i dont think ive ever been moved to tears within seconds like that before, but i miss him something awful
I literally don’t know what’s happening na in my life. I just do hope I get to have work na as soon as possible huhuhu.
