Flaaffy has patches of skin that don't grow wool, and the skin in these areas is very rubbery and doesn't conduct electricity, making them safe to touch.

Flaaffy's fluffy wool allows it to easily store electricity and its rubbery skin allows it to safely store a lot of electricity.

Flaaffy's wool quality can change so it can generate its own static electricity even when Flaaffy doesn't have much wool, and it can also fire some of its wool out to electrocute others when the wool comes into contact with them.

When its coat charges with electricity, Flaaffy's tail lights up.

If Flaafy stores too much electricity, it can start going bald.
