VERSE OF THE DAY:
HABAKKUK 2:14
For as the waters fill the sea, the earth will be filled with an awareness of the glory of the LORD.
KNOWING GOD
Our hope is anchored in a breathtaking promise. This is not a think layer of partial awareness, but a complete overflowing fullness - God present everywhere, known and enjoyed in every place.
The prophet Habakkuk wrestled honestly with God, questioning why injustice seemed to prevail nad why the wicked were allowed to judge God's people. God's response lifted Habakkuk's eyes beyond the immediate crisis. Though God does address evil, His ultimate purpose reached far beyond judgement. His heart is that all the earth would truly know Him.
In Scripture, "Knowledge" is not mere information. In Hebrew thought, to know God is relational- it speaks of intimacy, trust, love and loved experience. It is the same word used to describe the deepest human relationship or marriage. God is not aiming to fill the world with facts about Himself, but with people who walk with Him, listen to Him, and love Him with all their hearts!
Habakkuk's vision reminds us that history is moving towards this end. Even in seasons of confusion or injustice, God is steadily working to reveal His glory. Our hope rests in this certainty: one day, the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the goodness of the Glory of the Lord!
Today, we have an amazing opportunity to pray for the people all around the world, especially those of different faith traditions, that they would have an authentic encounter with Jesus Christ by the power and presence of the Holy Spirit. Pray that they might be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord!
God, today we pray for those who have not been covered with the knowledge of Your glory. We ask that You would fill the earth with Your enlightenment, that we might come to know You more and that others will come to Your light! in Jesus' name, Amen.
SHARE YOUR FAITH
God wants to use His Word, His world, and His people to spread the knowledge of His glory and grace. Are you in?
Today, tell someone about the story of God like it's your job-because it is. You have been empowered to share His good news!
REVELATION 4:11
You are worthy, O Lord our God, to receive glory and honor and power. For you created all things, and they exist because you created what you pleased.
Read this verse again and imagine God creating you.
As you reflect on His greatness, give Him whatever honor and worship come to mind.
JOHN 14:27
I am leaving you with a gift-peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don't be troubled or afraid.
Imagine God hands you a gift: His peace. In return. He asks you to give Him your worries and concerns. Tjhat may seem crazy, but that's exactly what God wants from you. Think about that as you talk to Him about what's on your mind today.
God, in every situation and every season, You are good and You are God. Although I currently feel weary and worn, I know that You are with me and that You give me the strength to endure the hardest of situations and seasons.
So I surrender all that I am to You. Replace my mistakes with more of Your presence. in Jesus' name, Amen.
DAILY BIBLE READING:
LEVITICUS 21-22
MATTHEW 28
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PRIESTS
They must be set apart as holy to their God and must never bring shame on the name of God. They must be holy, for they are the ones who present the special gifts to the Lord, gifts of food for their God. he may eat from the food offered to God, including the holy offerings and the most holy offerings. be very careful with the sacred gifts that the Israelites set apart for me. The priests must follow my instructions carefully. Otherwise they will be punished for their sin and will die for violating my instructions. I am the Lord who makes them holy. The priests must not let the Israelites defile the sacred offerings brought to the Lord 16by allowing unauthorized people to eat them. This would bring guilt upon them and require them to pay compensation.
WORTHY AND UNWORTHY OFFERINGS
THE RESURRECTION
The women ran quickly from the tomb. They were very frightened but also filled with great joy, and they rushed to give the disciples the angel’s message. 9And as they went, Jesus met them and greeted them. And they ran to him, grasped his feet, and worshiped him.
THE REPORT OF THE GUARD
THE GREAT COMMISSION
the eleven disciples left for Galilee, going to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. 17When they saw him, they worshiped him—but some of them doubted! esus came and told his disciples, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. 19Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. 20Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
JOHN 3:1-6, 9, 14-16, 36
“I assure you, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and the Spirit. 6Humans can reproduce only human life, but the Holy Spirit gives birth to spiritual life.
And as Moses lifted up the bronze snake on a pole in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up, 15so that everyone who believes in him will have eternal life.
16 “For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. And anyone who believes in God’s Son has eternal life. Anyone who doesn’t obey the Son will never experience eternal life but remains under God’s angry judgment.”
INSIGHT
Nicodemus genuinely didn’t understand Jesus’ challenge that only those who were “born again” could see the kingdom of God (John 3:3). The language of rebirth, though it might be familiar to us today, was strange to the Pharisee, and his follow-up questions highlight his confusion (v. 4). With great patience, Christ unpacks His meaning for Nicodemus, culminating in verse 16, one of the most dearly loved verses in the Bible. The impact on him is inescapable. He advocated for Jesus to receive a fair hearing (7:50-51) and helped prepare Him for burial (19:39-41). Nicodemus’ fledgling faith in Christ prompted his love for the Savior and challenges us to also extend His love to others.

BELLE'S BELIEF
Belle wanted nothing to do with her parents’ faith in Jesus. In college, she proclaimed herself an agnostic and sought to live without God. But a breakup with her boyfriend and growing depression sent her on a downward spiral. She thought of ending her life.
In those depths of despair, she thought of her parents’ joy in Christ and, despite her struggles, eventually trusted Jesus as Savior. Later, she heard a man speak about a people group in China who’d never heard the gospel. She wanted to go there to tell them, but some people discouraged her because of the danger. She went anyway. Together with a young man she met in college and whom she later married, Belle spent the rest of her life taking the gospel to people in China and Thailand. Thousands of people trusted Jesus, and the legacy of this woman, Isobel Kuhn, lives on in those lands.
Who gave a young woman a new life and hope and walked with her as she dealt with difficult life challenges? Jesus.
Are you wondering what life is about? Perhaps questioning your existence? Turn to Christ—“God’s one and only son” (John 3:18) who died for you (Romans 5:8). He loves you enough to provide life that lasts forever (John 3:16). Yes, “whoever believes in [Jesus] the Son has eternal life” (3:36). And when we believe in Him, as Belle did, He will be with us as we face life’s challenges and help us extend His love to others.

REFLECT AND PRAY
How does God provide purpose for your life? What does it mean for you to find hope in Christ?
Dear Jesus, thank You for the purpose and plans You have for me! in Jesus' name, Amen.
UNSURE/CONFUSED
Sometimes life takes us by surprise. We didn’t see that transition coming or expect that relationship to turn out this way. We end up needing to make new decisions and yet feel uncertain of what the right direction is.
How do we know what path to take or what to do now?
We won’t always know 100% if we are on the right track but we can still walk in confidence when we seek God fully and follow as He leads. His Word says “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purposes." (Romans 8:28, NIV)
When you feel unsure, take time to pray and fast, ask for clear signs and then just keep moving forward in faith and freedom as long as it tracks with what the Bible says is best for our lives. Trust that God will finish what He started, He will make a way and He will work it out.

You place your hand of blessing on my head.
6Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,
too great for me to understand!
7I can never escape from your Spirit!
I can never get away from your presence!
10even there your hand will guide me,
and your strength will support me.
13You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body
and knit me together in my mother’s womb.

Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it.
16You saw me before I was born.
Every day of my life was recorded in your book.
17How precious are your thoughts about me, O God.
They cannot be numbered!
18I can’t even count them;
they outnumber the grains of sand!
And when I wake up,
you are still with me!
