can you believe it's been fifteen years since the original httyd movie came out? I can't. whuhhh...

well. decided to draw something for it, as well as trying out some new brushes

After seeing the amazing fanart from @kilgarraara for the hijack fic "Of the Northmost Winds and Skies", I felt compelled to read the entire fic, then re-watch the HTTYD movies, then draw these~ I may also doodle some Jack Frost later too. Feels so comforting to revisit these characters <3 HTTYD will always be one of my all-time fave series (including the TV series!)

The wings perfectly line up with Hiccup

Toothless is going to fly again because of Hiccup, yes, but this is Hiccup's first flight. Unknowingly, he's spreading his wings too.

This moment catapults a whole new direction for Hiccup's life, and he gets to fly because he made it so Toothless could too.
