Makuhita are extremely tenacious, never giving up no matter how many times they are knocked down, and every time it gets back up it stores away energy for evolution.

Makuhita have very strick routines, training in the morning, eating and napping in the afternoon, and then training until night, and with this schedule Makuhita become very powerful.

Makuhita grow stronger the more harsh their training is, and if you are in a cave and hear rumbles, that's the sound of a Makuhita undergoing intense training.

You'll find many snapped trees near a Makuhita nest, as they toughen themselves by slamming into trees, but sometimes you'll hear a distant shout of a Makuhita being thrown into the sky after they slammed into an Exeggutor.
