Feel really happy about tracking. The real test is gonna be managing it while working on site. One strategy is packing snacks then coming home to eat properly. But in fairness I bet fast casual food is on the app... My nose has been really bothering me which I think is the hay-fever being low key this year. My ear is probably clearing up now. I haven't had any unpleasantness with menstrual stuff, touch wood. I'm pretty happy with how things are going. I have had some negative nightmares/dreams the past 3 nights but I'm working hard on resolving. For example, I know I wouldn't do anything to jeopardise my important relationships or my work relationships, and I would take steps to mitigate immediately. I know that I have made mistakes in the past but they have been minor and I have learned from them. People understand and respect me and I likewise ensure I treat them with respect. I don't need to explain or defend myself. I have the right and authority to walk away from interactions with abusive bio parents. I am safe in my bed with my lovely linen sheets and expensive mattress. I have made my bedroom a sanctuary and will make sure I protect that space.
