You Are Known And Have been Chosen
God calls common people to accomplish His great plans.
A few of them were David, being the youngest amongst his siblings defeated Goliath and became king, also has known to be "the man after God's own heart". There's this unnamed woman who has shown God's great power through healing. After being subject to bleeding for twelve years, she was healed and have been used by God to proclaim His power and miracles.
A lot more were mentioned in the bible that you and even I probably did not notice, those who were not really described as great but had shown greatness because of their humble obedience and full of faith response to God.
"Once you spoke in a vision, to your faithful people you said: 'I have bestowed strength on a warrior; I have raised up a young man from among the people. I have found David my servant; with my sacred oil I have anointed him."
(Psalms 89:19-20)
God never choose people who are already great because He wants to show His greatness upon them.
NOT BY MIGHT NOR BY POWER BUT BY THE SPIRIT OF GOD
God will enable them to accomplish what He has instructed them to do.
" My hand will sustain him; surely my arm will strengthen him. The enemy will not get the better of him; the wicked will not oppress him. I will crush his foes before him and strike down his adversaries. My faithful love will be with him, and through my name his horn[f] will be exalted. I will set his hand over the sea, his right hand over the rivers. He will call out to me, ‘You are my Father, my God, the Rock my Savior.’ And I will appoint him to be my firstborn, the most exalted of the kings of the earth
I will maintain my love to him forever, and my covenant with him will never fail. I will establish his line forever, his throne as long as the heavens endure. "
(Psalms 89:20b ~ 29)
He will Strengthen you
He will defend you
He will protect you
He will guide you
He will provide for you and through you
and when you seek Him
He will give you authority
He will love you
and He will expand your territory and all your generations.
" For God knew his people in advance, and he chose them to become like his Son, so that his Son would be the firstborn[n] among many brothers and sisters. And having chosen them, he called them to come to him. And having called them, he gave them right standing with himself. And having given them right standing, he gave them his glory. "
(Romans 8:29-30)
God knew you even before you were born
He has chosen you
Now He is calling you
and He is ready to anoint you.
Will you respond to His call and worship Him through your humble obedience?
All it takes for you is a "Yes" to His call. Then He will take care of the rest.
"Restore to me the joy of your salvation, and make me willing to obey you."
(Psalm 51:12)
Ask God to give you the heart to obey.
