Big hearted Niall donates €15,000 to Mullingar Meals on Wheels | Westmeath Examiner
Niall Horan has once again displayed his generosity during the COVID-19 crisis by donating €15,000 to Mullingar Meals on Wheels.
A spokesperson for the organisation, which each day provides dinner to 140 people living in the wider Mullingar area, said that they are “delighted” with the donation from Niall. The former One Direction man has received wide spread praise for his support of a number of organisations in recent months, including a €100,000 gift to Alone.
“The executive and all members of St Dominic's Community Council are delighted with the very generous donation of €15,000 given by Niall Horan. This money is given to support the Meals on Wheels in recognition for the vital service it gives to the elderly who live alone and are unable to self cater in the Mullingar and surrounding area,” the spokesperson said.
