Lateral raises 1,5kg each side 12 reps 3 sets

Easy pull up 35kg off 12 reps 1 set, 30kg off 12 reps 2 sets

Shoulder press 5kg 12 reps 3 sets

Pulley 15kg 12 reps 2 sets, 20kg 12 reps

Pectorals 15kg 12 reps 1 set, 17,5kg 12 reps 2 sets

Bicep curls 4kg each side 12 reps 3 sets

Totally forgot till now that I can use zombies run on the treadmill as well. Their calculations are a bit off but who cares
