Yoga

Was a good contrast programm to my current lab (guess what, it's terrible). Helped me to forget all the reports, protocols and other shit at least for a while. We did the shoulderstand again, but this time with a few variations. First we (tried to) put one foot down to the ground while the leg was still stretched and the other one in the air. Then we (tried to) touch our forehead with our knees and even touching the ground with the knees. We did a lot of other good things but I forgot the names 😅
