I am absolutely speechless and in awe of all of you lovely people 🥹. I keep running out of words to say to thank you all.

When I started this blog over a year ago now, I had just moved out of my family home into a small flat. It was the middle of covid, and I was suffering through undiagnosed ADHD. I’d dropped out of university, lost all my friends, and lacked joy in everything I did.

Then, you guys came along and made me feel so welcome and special. You wanted to keep up with me and my works. In just over a year, I’ve made 8000 lovely friends who truly bring me so much joy.

Observing in my body the changes in having a sudden stress response vs my body calming down is incredible... I was getting muscle stiffness, eye twitches, facial swelling. I'm so glad to see my face back to its usual size! Kind of fascinating but also scary. Truly it is like the retrauma of family stuff and massively increased stress levels were like being poisoned for a couple of days. Getting back in to healthy eating, exercise, and a routine has been such a significant change. I am so happy to be back home.
