today I had to listen to the voice in my head that told me to take it easy. some days are just like that, ya know? so I recharged a little by reading (for fun!!), venting to some pen pals and then going to yoga + meditation! I feel much better so I consider it a productive day!!

This July heat wave has consisted of some cooling methods to deal with this heat. I personally love popsicles or ice cream. You know where I’m going with this if you have any idea wtf is going on in my head lol.

Scripture:

Observation: We tend to put our trust to things or to people around us. We have to remember that we must put our trust to Him and will never be disappointed because He knows what is the best for us.
Application: Put your trust on God not on men for He will never forsake us.
Prayer:
Almighty and Loving Father,
We praise and glorify Your Name! We are sorry for all the sins we thought, said and did consciously or unconsciously against You and our neighbors. Thank You for reminding us to put our trust in You because You know what is the best for us. Thank you for letting us experience disappointments from people to help us put all our trust to You. May we glorify You by doing Your will. May we be worthy of all our prayers and requests. In these we pray in JESUS name, AMEN!
