Today, Romano barely left his couch in the living room as he watched movies all day.
Şans eseri oturduğumuz ağacın gövdesine iyi ki doğdun yazısı asılı unutulmuş. Öyle konuşurken gözüm takıldı ve arkadaşlarıma gösterdim. Sonra gidip çözdüler onu ve bir anda doğum günümü kutlamaya başladılar. Sonrasında karamel aşığı olduğum için karamelli kek almışlar ve üstüne mum diktiler. Bir de hediye almışlar. Cocopops buluşması için gelmiştim ama bir anda iş doğum gününe döndü:) Doğum günümün zamanı hem ramazana denk geliyordu hem de ben o aralar hasta olduğum için buluşamamıştık, bir anda böyle kutlanınca güzel bir anı kaldı 🫶🏻🩷 İyi ki var canım arkadaşlarım ♡

This weekend I have been very social. I am experiencing unrest because I'm not sure what this week holds and I don't love that as a planner. Maybe I should be giving cbd another go for anxiety but I don't feel there's a lot of evidence in support. I treated myself to takeaway tonight so I could have fresh veggie dishes. I've been cooking and unfortunately we've now almost run out entirely of ingredients... food is being delivered tomorrow and I'm going to try a new salad recipe! I am going to throw myself into the gym and walking the dog if all else fails, I do usually find that calming. Really sucks how bad I feel without structure and work but I think it's just like my dog - he's a working breed and he's not happy if he doesn't get his hard slogging walks even in awful weather conditions! I just need to accept I'm the same way and without enough structure and things occupying me I sit around not appreciating the free time and worrying about things that will ultimately take care of themselves.
