Stagiaire chez Heinkel Engineering

Me voilà stagiaire chez Heinkel Engineering à Hamburg ou plus exactement dans le quartier Finkenwerder situé au sud-ouest de la ville de l’autre côté de l’Elbe. Finkerwerder abrite le site de production, l’aéroport et les 12000 employés d’Airbus ainsi qu’une grande partie des 23 000 autres personnes qui travaillent chez les sous-traitant et entreprises de consulting pour le géant aéronautique à Hambourg.

Au sein de l’Europa Center, abritant un grand nombre d’entreprises travaillant en lien direct avec Airbus, je commence mon stage au sein d’une équipe dynamique et accueillante. Une trentaine de personnes travaillent sur le site répartis en 3 services : Acoustique, Impressions 3D et Cabin Stress.

J’intègre une super ambiance de travail, très internationale avec des personnes venant d’Allemagne bien sûr mais aussi d’Italie, d’Inde, de Russie, de Colombie, d’Angleterre ou bien d’Espagne. Une phase de découverte et d’appropriation de la culture de l’entreprise commence alors afin que je puisse rapidement rentrer dans le vif du sujet et supporter au mieux les activités de l’entreprise.

L’environnement de travail est idéal : vue depuis le 5éme étage sur la piste de l’aéroport d’Airbus et sur l’Elbe, journées de travail ponctuées par des parties sur le baby-foot de l’entreprise situé dans les bureaux et barbecues sur le balcon pour profiter des beaux jours.

Maintenant il ne reste plus qu’à travailler !

So here I am, an intern at Heinkel Engineering in Hamburg or more precisely in the Finkenwerder district, in the southwest part of the city on the other side of the Elbe. Finkerwerder houses the production site, the airport and the 12,000 employees of Airbus as well as a large part of the 23 000 people who work in subcontractor’s company for the aerospace giant in Hamburg.

Within the Europa Center, hosting many companies working directly with Airbus, I begin my internship in a dynamic and friendly team. Around 30 people are working in the office, divided into three departments : Acoustic, 3D Printing and Cabin Stress.

I joined a great working atmosphere, very international with people from Germany of course but also from Italy, India, Russia, Colombia, England or Spain. A phase of discovery and appropriation of corporate culture starts so I can quickly get into the heart of the subject and support the department operations.

The work environment is ideal: view from the 5th floor on the runway of the Airbus airport and on the Elbe, work days punctuated by foosball games located in the office and barbecues on the balcony to enjoy sunny days.

Now it only remains to work !
