so i completed a garbage 1 mile run on my treadmill. first exercise i've done in weeks. my mind has been completely dead.

but didn't really eat dinner. couldn't finish 1 sausage, a couple spoons of mashed potatoes and toast.

didn't shower. couldn't get off couch. now can't make make myself get up to go to bed.
