Yes I am redesigning Cee again

I needed to make a reference sheet, and I wanted to dial Cee’s look back to be less modern. So I figured I would make this.

Immediately scrapped old redesign, I think this one works better. Trying to make her mane more three-dimensional, mostly. I’ll have to leave this for like a day then come back to it to see how I really feel about it.

Also no shading because it’s 2 in the morning and I have work later
