I absolutely love the way I handled today.
It was actually easier than i expected, yeah my whole body still felt like it was lit on fire but that’s okay. I am here to learn, not to overthink about things that have long ago been over. My sole focus was the words coming out of the professors mouth and the blueberry muffin the boy next to me was eating.
A year ago me would’ve been a mess at the idea let alone in the class itself.
It’s satisfying knowing the growth that has occurred in my mind and heart when it comes to that.
FINALLY.
It’s been a year and a half basically since it’s been over.
I’m glad My mind and heart is almost done accepting it.
I just need to not be on fire. Baby steps, one day it’ll be as if he is a wallpaper and a backrgound noise, nothing for me to get heated over.
