Bore bore bored soooo ima do a small doodle request stream LOL STREAM
It is around midnight on Wednesday January 20th, 2021. I haven’t posted here for a while since I took the holidays off, and it kinda derailed the weightloss process for longer than I expected. I’m back on track now, though, and weighed in at 218 lbs today.
I am starting a new basic weekly workout schedule. I say that a lot on here, but it’s mostly because I havent found one that works and that I like. I do like this one so far though! Basically it is this:
Monday/Friday - Moderate run with either jump rope warm up or ring fit warm up
Tuesday/Thursday - long run, short stretching warm up and 3-5 min walk to start
Wednesday - Jump rope and ring fit, light day
I feel like this is a good balance between body weight/muscle workouts, cardio, and HIIT. I’m not too confident I will maintain it through the school semester, but I plan on trying. The goal is to keep the week day workouts under an hour and take weekends off since I will be running around at work.
Another reason why I’m returning to this today is because laying in my bed I realized I could actually feel my ribs under my fat. It was a bit startling, I was watching some crap reality tv show lying in bed and just kinda pinching my body (it’s a bad habit, i pinch at my fat rolls and always have) and i realized i could actually feel bone. It isn’t the first time I could, of course, but it has been several years. I dont know how i feel about this.
Just some random bubbly on a Wednesday night... no reason. Nope, nothing to celebrate today, nothing to see here folks, lol!
