Holy shit. I’m listening to my music for the first time in ages and Spotify play “Rock Show” by Halestorm first and I’m so blissed out on it. Fuck. I’d forgotten music could feel this good.

Weight: 185.5 lbs For about 2 weeks (I stopped ~a week ago) I had been binging a ton and gained about 4-5 lbs, 3-4 of them being solid. I’m back down to my regular weight which is good because now when I lose weight I’ll actually be getting smaller!
I went grocery shopping and bought all of this super healthy pricey food but then came down with a cold so I can’t even taste it :( I’m going to load up on water and vitamin C and hopefully get better in a day or two. I’m so cold and weak I just want to stay in bed & sleep. So far I haven’t really had anything but I’m probably going to have 5 oz of sockeye salmon & a cup of spinach for dinner. ** Updated ** Intake: Lid of yogurt: 5 cals Blood orange hard candy: 12 cals / 0 fat / 3 carbs / 0 protein 4.4 oz of sockeye salmon: 213 cals / 9 fat / 0 carbs / 31.5 protein 1 tbsp olive oil: 120 cals/ 14 fat/ 0 carbs / 0 protein 0 outtake because I’m sick today :-( Total: 350 cals / 23 fat / 3 carbs / 31.5 protein Update: Additional intake: 2 cups of yogurts: 400 cals / 22 fat / 23 carbs / 21 protein 1/4 cup of cranberries: 100 cals / 0 fat / 31 carbs / 0 protein 1 slice of banana bread: ~200 cals / 1 fat / 45 carbs / 3 protein TOTAL: 1050 cals / 46 fat / 99 carbs (oops) / 55.5 protein (proud of myself!) This is the most protein I’ve had in ages and if I had avoided the cranberries & banana bread today would’ve been pretty good. Regardless, today was OK. I have a mini binge but stopped it before it got out of control so I’m also proud of myself for that too. It’s alright, I will do better tomorrow! I’m going to write out a food plan tonight to help me out.
